Out of Hours

The Surgery has an Out Of Hours Service and you will not have a choice about the Doctor you see. If you need urgent attention, you should telephone 01206 752010, and follow the instructions.

In the interests of patients, The Out Of Hours Service record incoming telephone calls. These recordings are strictly confidential and are dealt with in exactly the same way as patients’ medical records.

Home Visits

These can be arranged for those patients too ill to attend the surgery. Please use this service thoughtfully, and ring before 10.00am in the morning to request a visit. The receptionist may ask for further information to enable the doctor to determine the priority and nature of the visit. Please call 01206 752010

Telephone Advice

Please call the surgery between 12:00 – 13:00 and speak to nurse for results. Prescription team available between 11:00 – 13:00pm for any queries. Secretary available between 11:00 – 13:00 for referral queries only.
